The Uncle Al started with a nose template from a friend of mine. It’s a combination of that unique nose template and some of my own templates together to create an involvement era inspired longboard.
The Uncle Al has a mellow blended nose concave transitioning into a rolled bottom with a little extra nose and tail rocker.
This board is high energy and works great in beach break pocket surfing. Overall this board has a more compact wider profile in a smaller package. It’s intended to be surfed a few inches shorter than your traditional longboard.
